Home Delivery Subscription Terms & Conditions:

This subscription to the Deseret News and/or The Salt Lake Tribune is a CONTINUOUS subscription for as long as the service is offered. You will be billed at the interval you have selected, which shall be your Billing Term. You may cancel by calling Customer Service at 801-204-6100. You must cancel before the end of your Billing Term to avoid charges for an additional Billing Term. No unused portion of a Billing Term will be refunded. No credit is offered for vacation service interruptions. Future prices are subject to change. In addition, your print subscription includes home delivery on 01/20, 02/17, 05/25, 07/04, 07/24, 09/07, 10/12, 11/11, 11/23, 11/24/, 11/25, 11/26, 11/27, 11/28, 12/21, 12/22, 12/23, 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/28, 12/29, 12/30, 12/31/2020, 01/01, 01/02/2021 editions.

All home delivery subscriptions will include the Thanksgiving Day edition, which will be charged at $3.00. If Thursday delivery is not part of the subscription package, the Thanksgiving edition will be included at the cost of $3.00. In addition, all home delivery subscriptions will include special editions charged at $3.00, and NO MORE THAN TWELVE additional SPECIAL EDITIONS will be charged to each subscription on the subscriber’s account at $3.00 each. To opt out of any mentioned holiday delivery and/or special editions, please contact customer service at 801-204-6100. Receiving these special editions will cause your selected Billing Term to be shorter.

If signing up for EZPay, I authorize my financial institution to charge my bank account or credit card monthly by the amount selected on this form and to make payment to Newspaper Agency Co., LLC (NAC dba Utah Media Group). I understand that monthly charges could change to reflect additional charges for Special Editions and/or any outstanding account balance. Billing dates could change due to account balance. I will be notified at least 10 days prior to the payment date if the subscription amount is different. In addition, I have the right to stop payment of a charge by notifying NAC up to three business days prior to the charging of my account. This authority will remain in effect until revoked by me, my financial institution or NAC. I will notify NAC of any address, financial institution or account changes including credit and/or debit card expiration date. If signing up for a new subscription, my household has not subscribed to the Deseret News and/or The Salt Lake Tribune during the past 30 days. Any balance owed from prior subscriptions will be deducted from monies received on this subscription.

Payment information: When you make a payment by mailing a check to NAC, you are authorizing NAC to collect that check electronically. NAC will send the information on your check to your bank electronically as soon as the same day NAC receives your check. Your bank will deduct the amount of your check and show the transaction on your bank statement with NAC identified as payee of a one time electronic debit. If the payment is dishonored, NAC may re-present the payment electronically. NAC does not send the original check to your bank, and NAC will destroy the original check and retain only an image of the check. If your payment is returned after re-presentment, NAC may assess a return payment fee of $20.00. If you choose to opt-out of electronic presentment of your checks, you must contact NAC in a letter (separate from your payment). Guaranteed replacement service: We guarantee replacement service within Salt Lake, Davis, Utah, Wasatch, Summit, Tooele, Cache, Box Elder and Weber counties. Call before 8 a.m., Monday through Saturday, and before 10:30 a.m., Sunday.

All rates are not available in all areas. Subscribers outside of Salt Lake, Davis, Utah, Wasatch and Summit counties are subject to different billing rates.

Renewals: As a courtesy to our customers, all subscriptions continue until you notify us.
